Ellaire Manchester is an online womenswear label built around a simple idea: the best pieces in your wardrobe are the ones you reach for without thinking. Not the statement buy that hangs unworn, but the knit that works on a Tuesday, the jacket that carries you from the office to dinner, the jewellery you forget you're wearing until someone asks about it.
Our name is a nod to the North of England — a place where clothing has always been practical first and beautiful second, and where those two things were never really in conflict. That sensibility runs through everything we make: clean lines, quiet colour, fabrics that feel good against the skin, and shapes that flatter without demanding attention.
What we sell
Our collections are deliberately focused. We work across four core categories:
- Sweaters & Knits — cashmere-blend cardigans, cotton knits, turtlenecks and striped pullovers designed for layering through the cooler months.
- Jackets & Coats — outerwear with structure, cut to sit well over a knit without adding bulk.
- Bottoms — trousers and skirts built around fit and movement rather than trend cycles.
- Jewellery — delicate, layerable pieces meant to be worn together and worn often.
We'd rather offer forty pieces we genuinely stand behind than four hundred we don't. Every item is selected by our team, checked against our own fit and quality standards, and dropped only when we're confident it earns its place.
How we work
Ellaire Manchester is an online-only brand. We don't carry the cost of a retail estate, and we don't pass that cost on to you. We work directly with a small group of trusted production and fulfilment partners, which lets us keep our range tight, our pricing honest, and our turnaround times short.
Our business is registered and operated from the Netherlands, and we ship to customers across the United Kingdom. Everything you order arrives with free shipping, and everything is covered by our 30-day return policy — no restocking fees, no small print designed to catch you out.
What we promise
Honest product information. Our photography shows the actual product. Our descriptions list the actual composition. If a colour reads slightly differently on your screen than in daylight, we'll tell you that up front rather than hope you don't notice.
A real person on the other end. Our customer care team answers every email within 24 business hours, seven days a week. No ticket queues that disappear into nothing.
No pressure. No countdown timers, no invented scarcity, no "only two left" when there are two hundred. If something is out of stock, we say so.
